Terms of Service
Under federal law, you have the right to cancel any contract with a credit repair organization without penalty or obligation. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the company before midnight on the third business day after signing the contract.
Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") outline the services, guarantees, payment terms, timeframes, and costs as detailed in the Client Disclosure Statement provided to all clients of RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC ("Company"). By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Conflict of Interest
The client confirms that they do not currently represent or promote any services that compete with RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC. Additionally, the client must not be engaged with another credit repair company at the time of signing this agreement or have received services from one within the last six (6) months.
Indemnification
Client Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or lawsuits (including attorney fees) that arise due to the client’s negligence or misconduct.
Company Indemnification: The company agrees to indemnify and hold the client harmless from any claims, damages, or lawsuits resulting from the company's failure to provide agreed-upon services.
Affiliate Service Provider
While RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC currently performs all services in-house, we reserve the right to work with third-party service providers to fulfill credit-related services when necessary.
Terms and Termination
This agreement remains in effect as outlined in the Client Disclosure Statement unless terminated by either party.
If either party fails to uphold a material obligation within this agreement, the other party may send written notice. If the default is not corrected within 30 days, the agreement may be terminated.
Confidentiality
The client acknowledges that they may have access to confidential business information belonging to RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC. The client agrees not to disclose or use this information for any purpose outside of their engagement with the company.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes must be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client and RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC and supersedes all prior discussions. No modifications or amendments are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
Notices
Any required notices must be sent via certified mail, email, fax, or a recognized delivery service to the company’s business address or the client’s provided address.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be legally invalid, the remaining terms will still remain in full effect.
Legal Expenses
If a legal dispute arises from this agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to recover legal costs, including attorney fees.
Client Obligations
By engaging in our services, the client agrees to:
Provide proof of identity and a recent utility bill for address verification.
Maintain an active credit monitoring account and grant access to RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC for progress tracking.
Forward all relevant credit correspondence to RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC.
Service Disclaimer
RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC does not guarantee specific results. We provide credit dispute services based on consumer protection laws, but we cannot promise any particular score increase or financial outcome. The effectiveness of our services depends on various factors, including credit history, creditor responses, and the legal framework governing credit reporting.
Disclosure Statements
By signing up for our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
This is a legally binding agreement that can be canceled at any time.
Clients will be provided access to an online client portal within 5-7 business days after enrollment.
An initial credit audit will be conducted before any dispute work begins.
Credit challenges will be handled in accordance with federal laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
Clients will receive updates on dispute results via their client portal.
Our Pricing
Credit Repair:
Upfront Fee:$297 (Normally $497)
Per Deletion/Repair: $35 per item
Inquiries & Personal Info Removal: $10 per item
Business Funding:
Round One: 10% of total funded amount
Round Two: 5.99% (discounted rate for additional rounds of funding)
Quick Pay Discount: 10% off when paying within two business days of invoice receipt
Credit Freedom Community: (Exclusive Membership)
Includes the Funding Readiness Package
Ongoing access to credit education, funding strategies, and financial growth tools
Automatic Payment Program
-Clients with invoices not exceeding $300 can opt for a zero-interest payment plan at $100 per month.
-Clients may choose to pay in full and receive a 10% discount.
-We also partner with third-party financing providers to offer flexible payment plans. These options allow clients to break up payments into manageable installments, with interest rates varying based on the selected plan and provider terms.
-If you’re interested in financing options, let us know, and we’ll connect you with our trusted partners to find the best plan for your needs.
Cancellation Policy
If a client chooses to cancel, they must allow RSC Credit Freedom Solutions LLC to complete a final review of their file.
Clients who refuse a final review may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. This fee is refundable if the client allows the final review to take place.
